For inductive ballast curcuit
Step one: remove the old fluorescent tube
Second: take away the starter
Third: take away the ballast and rewiring (this step is innecessary but strongly recommendable)
Fouth: install the LED T8 into the no starter and ballast fixture

For electronic ballast curcuit
First: take away the old tube
Second: take away the electronic ballast and rewiring
Third: install the LED T8 into the no ballast fixture
